Just a few more Halloween pictures and then we promise to move on. Tomorrow.
Although Coco was not convinced to put on a costume, she felt she should have treats anyway.

Harriet, on the other hand, loves to dress up.

Wait, let’s take a closer look at that pumpkin….

Happy Halloween and plenty of treats for everyone!

Do you know what a girner is? These people are girners. They have rubber faces they can contort for the amusement of the rest of us.

That’s not a girner in the middle. That’s Gary Owens from “Laugh In”. Remember “Laugh In?” You’re probably too young.
I think frenchies are natural girners.
Who among us hasn’t folded down those ears and squeezed that little face… oh my I want to grab Coco just thinking about it!
They’re just so squishy. No dogs were harmed in the making of this post. I guarantee it. They love having their faces squished. Really. Especially if there are treats involved.
If your frenchie’s a girner, send us your picture and we’ll put it up right here on cocoandharriet.com and if we get enough pictures we’ll have a contest! With prizes!
Leave us a comment and we’ll get back to you with an email address for your pictures.
Oh, that silly Harriet!

Yesterday Coco had to go to the vet. And the vet had some sort of throat problem that meant he had to write down everything he wanted to say instead of talking. It ended up with a nasty looking red rash on her rear end costing 236.00 for a little ointment and some antibiotics that gave her diarhea. How do you spell that? I don’t even want to know. They shaved her derriere and now she looks like a little french baboon. I need a drink.
We know it’s hot almost everywhere but for some odd reason, here in Los Angeles we’ve been having a very mild summer and it’s nice to sit out in the backyard and when you’re sitting in the backyard, it’s nice to have a nice drink, perhaps a little something french made from elderflowers blossoms…. well, it’s been a long day and you can see the bottle is almost empty.

NEWSFLASH
Harriet displayed previously unrealized hunting potential over 4th of July weekend by tracking and killing a bird in the bushes outside her Beverly Hills home.

She gave the trophy to her surprised owner with who was astonished by the size of the kill. Harriet thought it might be a big enough bird to feed the family for dinner, but they opted for some leftover steak au poivre instead.
Kudos to Harriet the Hunter!
